General Public Support
We invite customers without active software maintenance agreements (SMA) to examine the number of support resources available to anyone. You will find a list of general public support resources in the menu to the left.
Solutions to many common problems can be found by reviewing the Technical Bulletins page, as well as the other technical support resources open to everyone.
If you require replacement license keys, please visit our License Keys page to purchase them. Active SMA customers receive replacement license keys at no charge.
