Overview of key request process using the Request Upload Form.

  1. Upload the key request file generated by the SmartCAM License Manager (called License Administrator in some older versions) utility.
  2. Verify and update the uploaded key request information and click Continue.
  3. Confirm your information and click Submit Payment.

Key Request Home

SmartCAMcnc manages and administers all SmartCAM keys regardless of version. Due to the large volume of requests, those customers without an active maintenance agreement will be charged an administration fee. This fee is assessed to cover customer and product verification, key generation, and the modifications to the customer information database.

Please note: customers with current software maintenance are not charged this fee.
