Overview of key request process using
Request Upload Form.

  1. Upload the key request file generated by the license administration utility.
  2. Verify and update the uploaded key request information and go to Checkout.
  3. Select the payment and delivery methods and Confirm.
  4. Review the completed request and Submit.

Customers with current maintenance are not charged any fee for reissuance of license keys.

Please note: we can ONLY provide license keys for the version of SmartCAM that you are licensed for. If you have active maintenance on a SmartCAM application, we can only provide license keys for the current version of that application.

If you require one-version-back license keys because you haven’t yet updated to the current version, please let us know and we will provide temporary license keys for you to use.
