Overview of key request process using
Request Upload Form.

  1. Upload the key request file generated by the license administration utility.
  2. Verify and update the uploaded key request information and go to Checkout.
  3. Select the payment and delivery methods and Confirm.
  4. Review the completed request and Submit.

For those who do not have an active maintenance agreement, please find below the administrative fee structure for single system key requests. "Single system" is defined as a single computer system with one or more SmartCAM products installed.

Replacement License Key Request Processing Fees

Basic Transaction (through website) - $45, plus (as many as apply):

  • Key Processing Fee - $5 each
  • Request Sent in by Fax (requires manual processing) - $30
