Replacement License Key Request Processing Fees

Processing fees are charged when replacement license keys are requested by customers without a current software maintenance contract. A transaction fee per request form, plus a per license key (for as many keys are being requested) is charged.

Additionally, if the key request form is sent by fax, and additional manual processing fee is charged.
