SmartCAM Advanced Wire EDM v12 Released

May 4, 2005 - Eugene Oregon - SmartCAMcnc has announced the release of SmartCAM Advanced Wire EDM v12. Already in release are SmartCAM Advanced Fabrication v12, CAM Connection v12, Production Milling v12, Production Turning v12, and Advanced Turning v12.

SmartCAM Advanced Milling v12 along with CAM Connection v12.1 for IGES Surfaces & Wireframe Geometry is scheduled for release in mid May 2005, with and FreeForm Machining v12 due out in June 2005.

Version 12 applications represents the SmartCAMcnc’s first release of its pindustry-ioneering software since the company was founded in December, 2003. Prior to that time, the software sat idle while it was owned but not developed by a series of companies. These new releases are the first by any company since 1998.
