Using the Rotation Tools box of options, you can rotate your workplane around the X, Y, or Z axis by a user-provided number of degrees. You can now also select which axis to use for the rotation.

Use the Rot Ang input to enter the amount of rotation. Then click on the X, Y, or Z buttons to select which axis to rotate about. The Reference Axes selection allows you to select which axes to use for the rotation.
